Just honest conversation, practical thinking and forward movement.
I’m a BACP registered counsellor with a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology & Counselling, and I’ve spent over 40 years working in coaching, teaching and supporting people. I won’t dress things up—but I will listen, and I will help you face things properly.

Counselling Services
Individual 1-2-1 PCT Counselling Session
£60 per hour
A private, confidential, safe space (online or in person) to talk through what's troubling you, gain understanding, restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
Individual 1-2-1 Walk & Talk Therapy
£75 per hour
First session commencing at 6 am every day
A nature-based therapeutic approach that combines movement, fresh air and reflective conversation.
You set the pace. We stop, rest and talk whenever you choose.
Walk & Talk can be especially helpful if you prefer a more relaxed, natural environment rather than a traditional therapy room.
I am fully trained and qualified in eco-therapy and Walk & Talk therapeutic practice.
